All townships and villages sell beach permits to non-residents looking to spend their summer in the Hamptons.


Here is what you will need in order to get yours!

East Hampton Town Permit (unlimited availability)

East Hampton Village Permit (Only 2900 available) ~ 2012 SEASON SOLD OUT ~

Step one:

Figure out which beaches you would like access to in order to get the correct permit.

Step two:
Gather the following items: 

  • Copy of your valid car registration
  • Driver's license 
  • Self addressed stamped envelope (to mail back permit)
  • Your telephone number on your check – for any questions 
  •  A check for $300 - $375 depending on the town/village you want the permit from.

Step three:

Look up the TOWN/VILLAGE CLERK's office in order to 
Mail the items or drop them off.
